Set up your link page

One link for your Instagram or TikTok bio, with a card for each place you want prospects to go.

How to set up a link page for your Instagram or TikTok bio, with your photo, a line about you, and a card for each place you want prospects to go: your booking page, your enquiry form, a free download, or any web address. Each card counts its clicks so you can see what people actually tap.

Your link page is the public page at /links/<your-link>, the one address you put in an Instagram or TikTok bio. It shows your photo, a line about you, icons for the places you can be found, and a card for each link. Cards that point at your own pages keep working if you later rename those pages, and a card whose page is turned off is hidden rather than left to break.

Before you start

  • Turn on the pages you want to link to first: your Booking page, an Enquiry form, or a Lead magnet. When you set the link page up, a card is added for each page that is already on.
  • Your branding under Settings → Branding sets the colours and font. Your logo becomes the photo at the top unless you choose another.

Steps

  1. Open My Leads and click the Link page tab.
  2. Click Set up link page. It starts Live, with a card for each of your pages that is on.
  3. Under About you, add or change the photo, the Name shown, the Link (the last part of the public address), and A line about you.
  4. Under Links, click the pencil on a card to change its Title, the line Under the title, and where it Goes to: one of your own pages, or A web address. Add photo puts a picture on the card: drag it into place and zoom, then Use this crop. Adjust reopens that for a photo already there. Size: Large shows that photo full width on top with the title under it, so your most important link stands out. Use the arrows to reorder, the bin to remove, and untick Show on page to hide a card without deleting it.
  5. Click Add link for anything else: a gym timetable, a shop, a podcast.
  6. Under Find me on, type your handles. An Instagram handle such as @yourname becomes a link to your profile.
  7. Under Look, choose Stacked (one card per row, photo on the left) or Grid (two across, photo on top).
  8. Click Save, then copy the link from the top of the page into your bio.

What you should see

  • A Live pill beside the title, and the toast "Link page saved".
  • The preview on the right shows the page exactly as a visitor sees it, including unsaved changes.
  • The line under the title counts visits to the page and clicks on its cards. Each card's own click count sits under its name in the list.

If it is not working

  • A card says "Not showing". The page it points at has been turned off or deleted. Turn that page back on, or point the card somewhere else.
  • "That link is already taken." Link page addresses are unique across all trainers. Choose another.
  • "Every link needs a title" or "needs a web address". The card named in the message is opened for you. Fill in the missing part and save again.
  • The photo will not upload. Images must be JPEG, PNG, WebP or GIF and under 2 MB.
  • You turned the page off. Visitors see "This page is not available" until you click Turn on. Your cards and settings are kept.
