Meal plans with macros you can trust.
Every recipe is built from verified ingredients, so the numbers are right. Drop a recipe into a meal, press Recalculate, and every ingredient is resized to that meal’s target.

What your client sees
In their app, not in a message to you.
- Today’s meals with the method, in the same app as their workout.
- One tap to log a planned meal into their diary.
- A swap for any ingredient they do not have or do not like.

Targets from the client’s own numbers
- The built-in calculator works out BMR, TDEE and targets from the client’s own stats.
- Record allergens on the client once; they travel with every plan.
- Targets live on the client’s Nutrition tab, next to their check-ins.

One click fits the meal
- Drop a recipe into a meal and press Recalculate. Each ingredient is resized by the gram to hit that meal’s calories and macros.
- Some apps only resize whole servings. This fits the ingredients.
- The numbers you see are the numbers the client eats.
A recipe library you reuse
- Build a recipe once from real ingredients and drop it into any client’s plan.
- Add your own foods when a product is not in the database.
- The client sees the method in their app, not just the macros.
Clients log it in one tap
- A planned meal goes into the food diary with one tap.
- They can swap any ingredient and the diary updates.
- You see what they actually ate at the next check-in.
Made in Australia
Australian food data
Ingredient data comes from the Australian food composition database published by Food Standards Australia New Zealand, on a raw or dry basis, so the macros match what gets weighed out in the kitchen.

Is meal planning an add-on?
No. Meal plans, the recipe library, the calculator and the food diary are all on the one plan.
Does it write the plan for me?
No. You build the plan from your recipes and Recalculate fits each meal to the target. It does not invent a plan, so what the client gets is yours.
How accurate are the macros?
Recipes are built from verified ingredients rather than typed-in totals, and Recalculate resizes each ingredient by the gram. The plan’s numbers are the sum of real foods.
Can clients swap foods?
Yes. In the food diary they can swap any ingredient in a planned meal, and you see what they actually ate.
Can I add my own foods and recipes?
Yes. Custom foods and your own recipes sit in your library alongside the verified database.
