Stripe charges its standard Australian card rate and TrainerStack adds 1% + GST on each payment, shown on every line of your ledger with a monthly statement for your BAS. That is what keeps the subscription at one low price with every feature in. Priced in Australian dollars, ex GST, and hosted in Sydney.

Do I need a Stripe account?
Yes, your own. Connecting takes a few minutes, though Stripe will not pay out until it has verified your identity, bank account and ABN. Until then you can run every plan on manual collection and record cash and bank transfers yourself.
What does each payment cost me?
Stripe’s standard Australian card rate plus 1% + GST to TrainerStack. On an $80 session that is 88 cents. It is on every line of your ledger and your monthly fee statement, and there are no per-feature add-ons on top of it.
Can clients still pay cash?
Yes. Set the plan to manual collection and record each payment as it arrives. The pack or subscription tracks sessions the same way.
What happens when a card fails?
The plan shows under Needs Attention on your dashboard. Resend the link in one click and the client updates their card from it; you never have to have the conversation.
