Do my clients pay for the app?
No. The TrainerStack client app is free for your clients. You invite them from their client record and they are logging workouts and meals the same day.
How do payments work, and what are the fees?
You connect your own Stripe account and money goes straight to you. Stripe's standard Australian card fees apply, plus 1% + GST to TrainerStack on each payment, shown on your ledger with a monthly statement. You get payment links, session packs, subscriptions, invoices and automatic reminders for anything overdue.
What happens when the 30 days are up?
Nothing is charged automatically, because we never took a card. You choose whether to subscribe at $69 AUD a month (ex GST). If you do not, your workspace pauses and your data stays put until you decide.
Is there a contract?
No. Month to month, cancel from Settings whenever you like, and founding members keep the $69 price for as long as they stay subscribed.
Is the price plus GST?
A$69 a month is ex GST, so A$76 with GST for an Australian trainer. If you are registered for GST you claim it back.
What is the founding price?
The first 20 subscribers pay A$69 a month for as long as they stay subscribed. After that the plan is A$99. Same features either way.
Is there a fee on client payments?
Yes. Payments you collect through Stripe carry 1% + GST to TrainerStack on top of Stripe’s standard Australian rate, so an $80 session costs you 88 cents. It is shown on every payment and on a monthly statement for your BAS. Cash you record yourself carries no fee. That fee is what keeps the subscription at one price with every feature in.
Is there a cheaper plan with fewer features?
No. One plan, every feature, unlimited clients. The business tools the coaching apps sell as add-ons are the point.
