Do I need a separate email tool?

How quickly do emails go out?
The first email after a form, magnet or booking goes within moments. Later steps run on a ten-minute cycle, so a one-hour wait is sixty to seventy minutes.
Can I email existing clients too?

Why do the emails look plain?
