What plan types are there?
Subscription, pack, program and casual. Each can be collected by Stripe or recorded manually.
How does a pack know a session was used?
You mark the session complete, no-show or cancelled on the calendar. Complete uses a credit; what a no-show does is your policy.
Can a client have more than one plan?
A client has a current plan. Change it from their billing card when their arrangement changes.
What if they pay cash some weeks?
Record cash against the plan. The pack or subscription tracks sessions the same way.
Is there a fee per plan?
Stripe’s standard Australian rate applies to card payments, and TrainerStack adds 1% + GST. Packs you record as cash carry no fee.
