Trainerize pricing in Australian dollars (2026): plans, add-ons and what you actually pay

What ABC Trainerize costs an Australian personal trainer once you add meal planning, client payments and lead management, converted to Australian dollars with GST, from their own pricing page in October 2026.

Trainerize is the coaching app most Australian trainers have heard of, and its pricing page is clear about one thing: "All prices are in USD and subject to applicable taxes." Since 1 July 2024 that means 10% GST on top for Australian customers. What the headline price does not show is that meal planning, client payments and lead management are each separate add-ons. This article adds them up.

Everything below is from trainerize.com/pricing and the Trainerize help centre, monthly billing, checked on 8 October 2026. Conversions use the Reserve Bank's rate of 0.6956 US dollars per Australian dollar on that date. Trainerize changes prices from time to time, so check theirs on the day.

The base plans

Trainerize prices by active client count. The plans an individual PT with more than a handful of clients is likely to look at (there is also a smaller Pro 15 plan):

PlanClientsMonthly (US$)About A$ ex GSTAbout A$ inc GST
Pro 30up to 30US$79A$114A$125
Pro 50up to 50US$135A$194A$214

The base plan includes the program builder, workout tracking, check-ins, scheduling and the client app. It lets you upload PDF meal plans but does not include the meal planner, client payments or lead management.

The add-ons

Add-onWhat it unlocksMonthly (US$)
Advanced NutritionMeal planner and recipes. US$20 up to 15 clients; US$45 for 30 to 200 clientsUS$20 to US$45
Stripe paymentsTaking client payments through TrainerizeUS$10
BusinessA prospects tab for leads, plus paymentsUS$25

The help centre also notes that add-ons are not included in the free trial, so you will not see the meal planner or payments during the 30 days unless you pay for them.

What a typical set-up costs

Twenty clients, with meal plans and client payments. That needs Pro 30 (Pro 15 is too small), Advanced Nutrition at the 30-to-200-client price, and the Stripe payments add-on.

Advanced Nutrition4565

Fifty clients on the same set-up is Pro 50 at US$135 plus the same two add-ons: US$190 a month, about A$273 ex GST, or roughly A$300 with GST.

If you want lead management as well, the Business add-on replaces the Stripe add-on and adds US$15 on top of the figures above.

What is not available at any price

Trainerize has an income CSV export. It does not have expense tracking, receipt storage or GST reporting on its published plans. If you want your expenses and GST in the same place as your revenue, you will still need a spreadsheet or accounting software alongside it.

How that compares

TrainerStack is A$69 a month at the founding price, ex GST, with meal plans, payments, the lead pipeline and expenses with GST all included, unlimited clients, on your own Stripe account at 0% on top. That is about US$48, roughly a third of the US$134 Trainerize bundle above. The claim depends on the founding price; at the regular A$99 it is about half.

Where Trainerize wins: a much bigger integrations list including wearables and MyFitnessPal, a trainer mobile app with years of polish, and group training features for studios with several coaches. The row-by-row comparison with sources is at TrainerStack vs Trainerize.
